Diffuser: 3–6 drops in water, run 30–60 minutes.
Skin & massage: dilute in a carrier oil — about 2–3 drops per 10ml.
Steam inhalation: 2–3 drops in hot water, inhale gently.
Laundry & cleaning: a few drops with your usual products.
